We have a production capacity of 1,50,000 cubic meters per annum thus making us the largest manufacturer of AAC Blocks in the entire Western region. HIGH STRENGTH
High pressure steam-curing autoclaving process gives AAC unmatchable strength to weight ratio, higher than even M150 concrete and far exceeds the Indian Building code Requirements.
LIGHT WEIGHT
AAC Blocks are having a density range of 450 Kg/CM to 700 KG/CM. Thus there is a great material saving. This will give a total cost saving as well as a faster construction period.
COST SAVING
Being Light weight, AAC Drastically reduces the dead weight of building, resulting into reduction in steel (up to 20% and cement (upto 20 %) structural cost saving. Being 8 Times the size of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves 1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving upto 66%.
PRECISE DIMENSIONS
Its automatic manufacturing process gives AAC an exceptional dimensional accuracy & smooth surfaces, eliminating need of three-coat plaster wallsand allows for a nal 6 mm skim coat (putty/POP).
SOUND PROOF
AAC Wall have excellent sound transmission class (STC) rating of 44) Result. Virtually Soundproof interiors !
FIRE PROOF
Best in class re rating of 4 hours. The melting point of AAC is over 1600° c, more than twice the typical temperature in a building are of 650° c.
THERMAL INSULATION
It has highest thermal rating in the industry....R30! Thus provides well insulated interiors, keeping our warm air in summer and cold air in winter. . AAC reduces air condition cost by 30 %.
WORKABILITY
AAC Blocks can be sawed, drilled, just like wood and thus is a very good construction material to be used. . It facilitates easier tting of plumbing, electrical and also wall settings.
